GAINSWave Treatment for Erectile Dysfunction and Sexual Wellness/Enhancement

Erectile dysfunction affects millions worldwide and is classified as a man’s inability to maintain an erection that is hard and long enough to perform sexual intercourse. This inability becomes a true medical condition once difficulty persists for an extended period.  And beyond being a medical issue, it also becomes an issue that potentially gets in the way of a strong and healthy physical relationship with your significant other.

At Proactive Wellness we now offer the revolutionary GAINSWave therapy for male patients with any stage of Erectile Dysfunction. It is also for those biohackers out there that just want to optimize everything, including their sexual performance. And it is for those men in their 40’s – 50’s that are having no issues and want to keep it that way.  Regardless of where you are, GAINSWave is the solution to FIX ED, ENHANCE PERFORMANCE AND/OR PREVENT AGE RELATED DECLINE IN YOUR SEXUAL PERFORMANCE.  GAINSWave is the premier brand of Low Intensity Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (Li-ESWT) therapy used to treat erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease and optimize sexual performance. Shockwave therapy is high frequency low-intensity acoustic waves that rejuvenate the target area. The treatment is pain-free, drug-free, needle-free and surgery-free with no downtime.

GAINSWave is an effective option because it addresses the root cause of many penile issues – poor blood flow. Treatment is all-natural, non-invasive and yields long-term patient results.

How does it work?

Over time, men’s blood flow decreases, sensitivity isn’t as strong, and blood vessels become thin. Through the use of GAINSWave, high frequency low-intensity shockwaves rejuvenate the aged area. Micro-plaque is removed, blood flow increases, and new blood vessels develop. These improvements in blood flow translated to harder, more sustainable erections in 75% of the men tested in multiple clinical research studies.

Before GAINSwave — look at the poor quality of the vessels.

After GAINSwave — blood can now get to the penis much more effectively

In short, Gainswave improves Erectile function through the following biologic mechanisms:

  1. it causes microtrauma which leads to an increase in VEGF (Vascular endothelial growth factor), which in turn leads to an increase in angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels).
  2. It directly increases Nitric Oxide (N.0.) in penile tissues and it is well-documented that N.O. increases blood flow and therefore erections
  3. It results in stem cell creation and expansion.  This mechanism is slower than the first two but important for long-term benefits.

Don’t believe us? Here are summaries of some of the published research:

  • Based on one study, about 70% PDE5i nonresponders patients who were treated with Li-ESWT at first step were able to achieve erection hard enough for vaginal penetration after using PDE5i at second step, and it lasted 3 months at least. Li-ESWT was able to convert true PDE5i nonresponders to responders
  • In another study, LISWT improves EF scores and penile hemodynamic parameters in men with vasculogenic ED (Level 1; Grade B). Published literature suggests these positive effects of LIESWT to last up to 12 months after treatment (Level 2; Grade B).
  • Another study concludes “The major potential advantage of the treatment, therefore, is the possibility to restore natural erectile function”. Thus, Li-ESWT is the only currently marketed treatment for ED that might offer a cure, which is the most desired outcome for most men with ED.  Li-ESWT has also been suggested to improve the effect of PDE5I in nonresponders, reducing the need for more invasive treatments.
  • In another study, the median change in the IIEF-EF score in the Li-ESWT and sham groups was 5.1 and -2.2 (p<0.001), respectively, at the 7-week follow-up; 47.4% (18/38) patients had EHS <3, of which 77.8% (14/18) showed significant improvement in virtue of Li-ESWT treatment (p=0.001). A significant improvement was observed in the percentage of ‘Yes” responses to SEPQ 2 and 3 in the Li-ESWT group vs. sham group from baseline to 7-week follow-up (91.3% vs. 69.4%; p=0.008 and 50.0% vs. 14.3%; p=0.002, respectively). No patients reported pain or other adverse events during treatment or follow-up.

Don’t be one of these men!

Did you know that, according to a Johns Hopkins study, 18 million men over the age of 20, have experienced erectile dysfunction and as many as 80% don’t seek treatment?  Struggling with sexual dysfunction is more common than you would imagine. Embarrassment and lack of effective treatments are the primary reasons for not seeking treatment.  Thanks to decades of clinical research and scientific studies, there are now new and improved procedures. Naturally, every man takes pride in their ability to perform. The failure to do so, can cause a decline in your mental health or even void the opportunity for sexual activity.

GAINSwave is for you and you and you!

Whether you have a severe or mild case of ED or whether you are a biohacker like Ben Greenfield, GAINSWave is for you.  You might also see GAINSWave as a preventive measure, preventing the vessels in that area from becoming compromised, preventing the seemingly inevitable slow down, keeping your performance strong as you age gracefully.

For the most complex cases, Proactive Wellness Centers offers combination therapies that combine Gainswave with other proven therapies to enhance your sexual performance.  The combination therapies we offer include:

  1. Gainswave with Testosterone Replacement. Men in their 40s on up may have “Low T”, meaning that your testosterone level is not optimal  Low T can also have an impact on libido and erections so Gainswave/Low T therapy may be the answer for you.
  2. Gainswave with Bremelanotide.  Gainswave is great but if your “Head” has gotten out of the game due to too much non-success, Bremelanotide can help. This medication is proven to enhance libido (desire) for men and women and can help get your head back in the game.
  3. Gainswave with CJC-1295/Ipamorelin.  CJC-1295/Ipameorelin is a growth hormone releasing hormone that helps any rejuvenative process by increasing your growth hormone level. Growth hormone is needed for neovascularization (creating new blood vessels), so clearly this combination therapy can help any patient undergoing GW therapy.
